I am a Body Control Pilates certified mat and reformer teacher who has been teaching since 2010.  I have completed further training in Vinyasa Yoga, Aromatherapy, Reiki, massage therapy and Bootybarre – I am now taking the principles of Pilates and the dynamics of yoga to the barre.  I have always been very interested in human movement combined with optimal nutrition for health and it’s affect on the dynamic of aging ..age really is just a number!
My clients are an unending source of inspiration to me.
