Natalia teaches Iyengar Yoga, which is named after B.K.S. Iyengar – the “father of modern yoga”.
Iyengar Yoga is widely known for its focus on body alignment and precision in performing the yoga postures.
Clear instructions and individual adjustments help students to progress safely and to improve their balance, flexibility, stamina and strength.
Natalia is also a Body Control Pilates teacher and is available for both private Yoga and Pilates lessons.
