Anna Traniello

I was introduced to Pilates in 2005 following an injury to my shoulder. Learning to be in touch with my body and the way it moves made me want to learn even more and in 2009 I decided to train as a Body Control Pilates Teacher. Since then I have continued to explore the benefits of Pilates through small equipment and machine courses, and with these, having fun exploring the endless ways that our bodies can be challenged and made stronger.

I enjoy teaching groups as well as one-to-one and teach people at all levels – the key is understanding each of my clients’ individual needs and helping them reach their own fitness and wellbeing goals.
