I first discovered Pilates on the recommendation of my osteopath after suffering from a back injury in 2007. I was so impressed with what Pilates had done for me I decided to pass on the benefits by qualifying as an instructor with Body Control Pilates in 2016. I have since completed various workshops including the Back4Good matwork qualification.
I teach small group beginners/intermediate classes and 1:1s to enable me to give individual attention. I feel Pilates is for Every Body regardless of age or fitness levels. I get so much inspiration from seeing the improvements in my clients’ fitness and flexibility and to be able to incorporate that into their everyday living.Breege Toumazou teaches at the following studios:
