Imogen offers 1-2-1 sessions for students – either to deepen their technique or to work therapeutical with them. In a yoga therapy session instruction focuses on the client’s specific condition and how the yoga techniques can help them feel better or improve their function. Sessions may include whole body movement, breathing exercises, postures, meditation, relationship building or the promotion of behavioural changes.
Imogen’s teaching honours the lineages of all of her teachers and through her teaching she hopes to inspire possibility and encourage self-awareness, awakening the authentic creativity of the yoga practitioner in the modern world. Imogen fiercely believes that yoga is for everyone, that it is a vital tradition that transcends all race and religion, fundamental in all of our lives more so now than ever before.
