Lisa has over 20 years’ experience working in the Health & Fitness Industry. In 2000 she joined the fitness team at Champneys in Tring where she became the Studio Coordinator and a Senior Personal Trainer.
It was at Champneys where she discovered Pilates with Candice & Shelley after suffering a back injury and found it also helped her with her existing neck & muscular conditions.
Originally trained with The Pilates Institute in London in 2002 & The STOTT Pilates Method in 2015.
After leaving Champneys in 2002 she taught in health clubs & runs her own Fitness & Pilates classes as well as working at Barnfield College & Central Bedfordshire College as a Teacher Trainer & Assessor for Fitness Qualifications.
Pilates & Rehabilitation is her passion. Lisa specialise in Pilates for Back Pain, Injuries & Ante/Postnatal Pilates.
Lisa is currently training as a Body Mechanics Therapist which involves remedial clinical massage techniques, body alignment & specific exercise to ease pain and treat & prevent injury, which she brings into her Pilates sessions.Lisa Wildman teaches at Dunstable.
