I first discovered Body Control Pilates as a client and in just a few sessions I felt the benefits. I came to appreciate the precise and controlled approach that the method uses. The deep postural exercises allow the body to reset and the mind to refresh. In 2017 I chose to train as a Body Control Pilates Teacher so I could share the advantages of Pilates with others.
To ensure I am up to date with the latest techniques I take regular courses for example Back4Good (Pilates for Low Back Pain). I have additional qualifications in Bone Health and Pilates for Pregnancy.Susan Reynolds teaches at the following studios:
