Susan Reynolds

I started attending Pilates classes as a client and found incredible benefits from the deep muscle exercises and breathing techniques that the sessions gave me. I then decided that I wanted to pass on this feeling of wellness to others and trained as a Body Control Pilates teacher. Since qualifying, I continue to develop my knowledge by taking regular courses, for example in Bone Health and Special Populations, in order to bring the best I can to my clients. I strongly believe in the power of Pilates to enable people of all ages to move better in their bodies. As a teacher I see my role as creating positive movement patterns in clients which enables them to take the benefits of Pilates exercises from the studio and transfer them into their everyday lives.
