About our studio

You will find our beautiful studio just off West St in Dunstable. Fully equipped with Pilates machines and Pilates equipment, the studio itself is a warm, welcoming environment and offers high ceilings, mirrors and skylights, it truly is a lovely place to break away from the stresses of every day life. We offer a high standard of classes taught by our knowledgeable and inspiring teachers. Classes and private sessions available and we cater for all ages and abilities, men and women.

We have classes suitable for all ages, levels, men and women are welcome. If you are new to a Pilates class, let your instructor know when you arrive, and they will help you get started – all of our classes cater for all abilities, so you can work at your own pace.
