About our studio

The St Albans studio is located in the Marshalswick area in the North side of St Albans. It’s a beautiful light studio with 4 large studio spaces within it, fully equipped with all the traditional Pilates equipment. We have a Reformer studio for classes with max 6 people. All our teachers are trained professionally by the best Pilates training associations in the country. Pilates matwork, Pilates machine, Yoga, Adult ballet and various other classes at the studio are all taught in a calm peaceful environment.

We have classes suitable for all ages, levels, men and women are welcome. If you are new to a Pilates class, let your instructor know when you arrive, and they will help you get started – all of our classes cater for all abilities, so you can work at your own pace.

Hart Osteopathy is based at the studio and private sessions are available.
