About our studio

The Harpenden studio is situated in Southdown in Harpenden, tucked away to give you a peaceful place to come and practise your Pilates. There is a fully equipped studio that is beautiful, calm and friendly offering both Mat Pilates and Yoga classes for all levels. We offer a comprehensive Pilates timetable and all classes are taught by highly qualified teachers trained by world renowned Pilates training schools.

Classes are run mornings and evenings and are kept small, a maximum of 12 per class, to ensure that you are given correction and feedback and get the most out of your Pilates.

In addition to group Mat classes we also offer Private sessions to suit you in both machine and Mat Pilates.

We have classes suitable for all ages, levels, men and women are welcome. If you are new to a Pilates class, let your instructor know when you arrive, and they will help you get started – all of our classes cater for all abilities, so you can work at your own pace.
