Pilates has been a staple in my life since I first discovered it 10 years ago, after the birth of my daughter. I was instantly hooked. Not only did it resolve the backache that I was suffering with but it provided an hour of calm to focus. I would leave the class with renewed energy. It has since helped me to re build strength from illness both the emotional aspect and physically. It was after this that I decided I wanted to share this wonderful method with others.
With consistency you will quickly feel stronger and develop a body awareness that you can take with you into your daily lives for a healthier, happier body and mind!
I feel very passionate about the benefits of pilates and love sharing it with people. Pilates is for everyone to enjoy and can be easily adapted to what your body needs (on stronger days and weaker ones!) You will always feel better for it!
