I first discovered Pilates on the recommendation of a doctor due to degenerative discs in my lower back. I started practicing in 2012 and haven’t looked back since! Back then, as a client with a demanding job and long hours working I enjoyed the time that Pilates afforded me to connect my mind to my body and I loved noticing much stronger and more aware of my body and my movement it made me feel.
After the birth of my first child, post natal pilates became so important for me to get back in touch with a body that had been through a lot of changes. It was after this period that I decided to take the plunge and train with the renowned Body Control Pilates. I also have a keen interest in Pre and Post natal Pilates and supporting women though this amazing and ever-changing time in their life.
I qualified as a teacher with Body Control in 2020. Everyone is welcome in my classes and anybody can do Pilates! I provide a fun atmosphere where we can all take some time to ourselves to connect with our body and leave feeling revitalised.
