I believe good teaching is rooted in curiosity.  I see myself as a lifelong student—always learning, questioning and refining.  Ongoing study keeps my approach informed and practical.

I qualified with Body Control Pilates South Africa in 2011, which marked my launch into the world of teaching movement.

I’ve been fortunate to train with a wide range of schools, methods and teachers—blending classical foundations with contemporary approaches to develop a well-rounded, functional style.

My teaching includes Matwork (beginner to advanced), Reformer, Cadillac, Tower, Wundachair,

HIP™ Pilates (mat and reformer), Springboard, pre and postnatal Pilates (mat and reformer),

Bonehealth (osteopenia and osteoporosis), Bootybarre® and Acqua Pilates.

In 2025 I certified as a Mobility Practitioner with MFA (Ava Rodriguez) which further strengthened my functional systems-based approach to movement.

I blend traditional Contrology principles with current insights from movement science. My approach is  helping you move better and develop strength that supports real life.
