I discovered Pilates almost a decade ago when I was advised, like many people, that it would help with my lower back and hip pain. With improved strength and stability in my body I was able continue doing the sports and activities that I enjoyed, particularly running. However, it was the way I felt at the end of a class that completely surprised me; I loved the feeling that I could move more freely, and I felt energised, yet at the same time a sense of calm.
I passionately believe in and value the benefits of an active life, encompassing both the physical and mental wellbeing aspects. My aim is to introduce the benefits and enjoyment of Pilates to people of all ages and abilities to help you lead the life you want to.
My classes are friendly and enjoyable, and I will guide you with expertise, knowledge and encouragement. I look forward to welcoming you to one of my classes! I am also available for 1:1 teaching.
