I discovered the power of Pilates after having my first child. I always loved fitness but when I came across Pilates in a small, tailored group environment it changed everything for me! It made me feel strong, but without the constant niggles in my body and I learnt how to properly engage muscles I wasn’t even aware of. It allowed me to connect my mind and body and helped me mentally to get through the lockdown. I got absolutely addicted! Pilates became an essential part of my daily routine, and now I can’t imagine my life without it.
So, I decided to turn my passion in to my career, leaving my previous life as an IT consultant behind me. I qualified as Body Control Pilates Teacher and am passionate about sharingmy knowledge and the benefits of Pilates with others. I am available for private 1:1 sessions and small group classes at the beautiful studio in St Albans.
